"I can't say enough good thinks about Joe. He's responsive, trustworthy, hard working, a perfectionist, dependable... I reached out to Joe on a Saturday for a chimney cleaning and he came out SAME DAY. After cleaning he performed an inspection and found some serious issues with our fireplace and chimney. He was thorough and provided photos of the issues. He gave us a fair price and promised to have the repairs done in a week. True to his word he came back twice working tirelessly to get the extensive repairs done within the original timeline. His work is flawless and we basically have a brand new chimney inside and out. "I hired Joe to clean my chimney. He came out the same day (night). He showed me some serious safety issues with the fireplace and chimney that I was complete unaware of and needed to be repaired. He gave me a free estimate and told me to get another estimate from another company. I am not in a position to get the work done right now but I will certainly call him when I can."
